About
Justin is the founder of Transparency Counsel and the attorney who handles every matter personally.
Before founding the firm, Justin spent four years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Open Records Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, where he drafted over 1,500 Open Records Letter Rulings. That experience, working through PIA requests from the inside across virtually every type of governmental body and exception category in the statute, is the foundation of what the firm does today.
